The Paleo Solution Transformed My Life Monday, December 2nd, 2013 Written by Doug Bodine:Dear Mr Wolf,Ordinarily I’m not one to message anyone that I don’t already know, however the impact that your book has had on my life is so extraordinary, that I find it necessary to express my gratitude. Wow, it seems like such a long road in getting here that I’m not sure where to begin, but here goes. Years of suffering with gastro problems, skin rashes, etc kept taking back time after time to who else but the medical profession, with no  relief to any of my symptoms, ever.

Hi and happy Tuesday!I am terrible about working out at home. I can probably count the number of times on one hand that I’ve performed circuit/strength workouts at home. I either need to be out on a run, in the gym or in the yoga studio to get into workout zone. I was busy with various projects on Sunday and unable to get out of the house for a workout. I had plans to see the new Hunger Games movie with friends and time was running out

The last week of Shake Up November is upon us. If you will recall; my intentions in creating this challenge was to shed some light on whether or not breakfast is really the most important meal of the day, the difference between “shaking it up” and juicing, the nutritional breakdown of a typical American breakfast, to share recipes and encourage you all to get some quality nutrition in your bellies to start your day off strong, and to create an eBook with shake recipes – But…there’s still one topic I’d like to cover. Intermittent Fasting and whether or not it’s right for you.Last week Monday I wrote about how, what, and when we eat has an affect on our hormones; which can directly affect how efficiently our metabolism is working.

Paleo, It’s For Dogs Too! 9 Comments Monday, September 16th, 2013 Written by: David LewisThank you for all of your hard work. Two years ago, my girlfriend’s dog used to be quite lame – he’s a Rottweiler/Mastiff/and probably several other breeds rolled into one. Anyway, for most of his life, he ate the standard dog chow from the grocery store. You know the kind – the pellets of wheat, corn, and whatever else gets thrown away as garbage from factories. When I met her, he was on his last legs

After 2 Years of Paleo 3 Comments Monday, July 29th, 2013 Written by: Christopher E. AnthonyDear Robb Wolf,My better half explained the Paleo diet to me in a very simple way.  She said, “Look, you’re a nomad with a sharp stick. You can eat anything you can dig up, knock off a tree, or kill.”    I said, “OK, I’ll read Paleo Solution.”  I’m glad I did.  Your book was an enjoyable and life changing read. It’s been almost two years and I would like to share some of my results:Within six months I lost 50lbs and completely changed the way I interpret food. By day four I no longer needed antacids.  I’ve lived on all types for the past 25 years.
