Notice that the most classes are blocked out as 40 minute classes but the work out is only 30 minutes (except the advanced classes)….what gives here?

Well let me tell ya… I have intentionally left a few minutes before and after the class so that we can all mingle, get prepared, make friends and it gives me time to answer any question you may have on nutrition, form of the exercise’s etc.
