Sessions are at 6:00, 8:00,9:00 and 11:00 am plus 6:00 pm Monday Through Friday. Saturdays from 10:00 to 10:30 am.

Circuit classes are actually from 6:00 to 6:30am, 8:00 to 8:30 am, 9:00 to 9:30 am, 11:00 to 11:30 am and 6:00 to 6:30 pm….Come early and socialize with like minded adults and learn tried and true ways of getting and staying toned up, burning body fat and possibly pick up on some nutrition tips and tricks.

Remember fitness is not all about your body it is about how you feel and being around energized people looking for some of the same things you are it is …GOOD FOR YOU!!!

Monday, Wednesday & Friday Interval & Circuit “Tabata” Training Days

Our work outs are based on the Tabata system high intensity work with short breaks which turbo charges your metabolism for 24 to 48 hours AFTER your work out. Regular aerobics do not even come close even at twice the time.

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday are Kickboxing “X”treme Training Days

Hey I don’t mean to say we do not like aerobics because I am telling you there is nothing like taking the stress of the day out by kicking the crap out of a bag…ooohhh yeah. This class is a mix of boxing, martial arts and kickboxing done to music and still on a circuit that keeps your heart rate up and you wondering when it will end. Great for cardiovascular conditioning.

This is just a brief explanation of these programs. Come on in and try them out for yourself for a week free of charge or obligation…Just come and have fun with us!
We have had people lose over 2″ around their waist in just the first trial week. Everyone is different you may lose more maybe less but I Guarantee you will lose inches!
