Imagine where you could be if eliminated one excuse per week for one year straight.

Distractions and excuses are everywhere. It’s as if people are playing Pokemon Go and walking around trying to catch them all. Every excuse seems logical to the person offering it, and may even be legitimate.

 

Excuses come in one of two types: those that contain blame, and those that invite accountability. Learning to differentiate between the two will eventually allow you to minimize blame, eliminate excuses, and become more accountable.

There will never be a blanket diet that will work for everyone because every single person is different.

Despite its importance, nutrition has become increasingly confusing. Why has it become so difficult? We have too many damn diets constantly thrown at us; paleo, gluten-free, high carb, ketogenic, vegetarian, diary-free, the list goes on and on. Everybody tells you their diet is correct, and every other diet is wrong or sub-optimal. Sometimes we become cult-like victims to diets even if they are not optimal for us and we do not enjoy the food. We continue to suffer because we are convinced this is the diet to help us reach our goals.
