I got in a great full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout this morning. I tweaked one I found on Jonathan Chironna’s Instagram and man was it intense! There were a couple moves in the circuits that I absolutely fear and mentally despise doing (box jumps, plyometric lunge jumps, burpees), but I know that in order to change myself I have to challenge myself.

On a recent work trip, I was lucky enough to have this as part of my running route. I did a 30 minute run with 20 squats every five minutes. Ouch!Whether it’s a vacation or a work trip, we all know it can be tough to stick with our workout programs when we’re on the road. I can barely go ten minutes without thinking about CrossFit, so when it comes to extended travel, I need to find a way to work WODs into my schedule.
