KitchenAids are big and clunky, but that’s not a bad thing. The weight comes from a powerful motor, and the clunkiness … well, I can’t think of a better shape for such an appliance. It is what it is, which is why I can’t quite wrap my head around the appeal of the mini version that KitchenAid will soon market to millennials and boomers.

Our nation’s aging water infrastructure is reason to hydrate with the safest and best-tasting water possible.

I sweat the minute I begin to move, so my hydration needs to be on-point from the start to end of my workout. Otherwise, my body becomes a cramping machine all day long. Unfortunately, staying hydrated presents two challenges for myself and many others:
