Have you ever had a Scotcheroo? The recipe — which calls for Rice Krispies, light corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, and butterscotch chips — was originally printed on the back of a Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal box, and it’s been a favorite ever since. The no-bake treat is chewy, crispy, sweet, and salty all at once. While you can’t beat the flavor of a true Scotcheroo, this healthier version comes pretty close.
