This super intensive training style is really a great way to boost your metabolism & speed up your fat loss, just in time for bikini season!Most of these workouts don’t require any equipment what so ever but there are a few moves in the mix that use a pair of dumbbells.If you’re just starting out with HIIT, you can perform 2 sets instead of 3 and perhaps reduce your exercise period to 20 seconds vs.
