I#8217;ve been meaning to write a post on the subject, and I figured the first week of this year#8217;s Primal challenge would be the perfect spot to drop it. Because, after all, those who accept and undertake the a title=”The 2011 Primal Blueprint 30-Day Challenge Begins Now ” href=”http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-2011-primal-blueprint-30-day-challenge-begins-now/” target=”_self”30-day Primal Blueprint Challenge/a will essentially be conducting a 30-day self-experiment on themselves. It won#8217;t be your first self experiment, nor will it be your last, but it may be your first chance at knowingly conducting one./p
pYeah, we#8217;re all lifetime self experimenters, when you get down to it. From infancy onward, we conduct experiments #8211; most of them totally informal #8211; to understand how the world works and how to interact with it. A toddler trying avocado is testing whether it tastes […]

pWhen a craving for Buffalo wings hits, there’s no reason to rely on bottled wing sauces or take-out joints that use questionable ingredients.
