Fitness training isn’t rocket science.
Good training & nutrition decisions produce good results.
Poor training & nutrition decisions produce poor results.
So, how come when I go to the gym this afternoon, I can pretty much guarantee that I am going to see a lot of intelligent, well-educated, gainfully employed people making some pretty stupid training decisions?

Several readers have recently asked me about good bodyweight exercises to stay in shape while on vacation. While I could come up with a good routine or two that I have used in the past, my buddy Adam Steer is the master of advanced bodyweight exercises. I asked Adam to kindly do a guest post on this topic and give you an intro to what he is all about. Make sure and ask him questions in the comment section. HELP!!! (Martial Arts/fitness)?
I need to loose weight. To do this I have been looking into martial arts as I know they are good for fitness.
I am looking for a traditional, external, striking martial art which obviously has a large fitness component.

The basis of Tabata Training is 4 minutes of intense interval training. What you are doing is taking an exercise we’ll use sprints as an example here. Sprint as hard as you can for 20 seconds Walk for 10 seconds Repeat 7 more times for a total of 8 sets. So what you have is a total of 4 minutes workout time.
