my go-to HIIT workout. With #LEAN14 starting in just a few days, I’m making sure to prepare with some of my favorite workouts. When it comes to cardio, I like to keep it short, sweet, and sweaty. I am not a long distance runner (nor do I want to be), and a girl can only listen to so much EDM before it all starts sounding the same. So HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training – is perfect for me. Not to mention it has a ton of benefits (read about them here). Here’s my go-to “Get Your Sweat On” HIIT treadmill workout.

This is your Can’t Hold Us POP HIIT 2 Workout for Thursday on the #thisisMYJULY calendar.I just did this one last night and it left me looking like this:If you have a gym, you’ll need 2 sets of dumbbells ( I had 10?s and 12.5?s), a big squishy ball or med ball, and a bench or step. If you’re at home, well I’ve gotcha covered!
