Of all the healthy things we can do for ourselves, drinking water seems like one of the easiest, right? Drinking more water doesn’t require a gym membership or the need to completely overhaul your lifestyle (I’m looking at you, fad diets), so why is it that I just can’t bring myself to do it?

This is the year I vow to guzzle the recommended eight glasses of H2O a day — but I’m going to need your help.
