Which ‘metabolism’ would you rather have?
Metabolism A burns (oxidizes):
3.9 grams of protein per hour.
3.5 grams of Carbohydrate per hour
5.0 grams of fat per hour.
 
Metabolism B burns (oxidizes):
2.8 grams of protein per hour
2.0 grams of carbohydrate per hour
5.3 grams of fat per hour
