If you stop and think about the best pizza you’ve ever had in your life, what comes to mind? I lived in Chicago for many years, so the competition for best pie is pretty steep. Is the pizza just topped with cheese? Is it topped with farm-raised meats? Is it deep-dish, thin-crust, or wood-fired? Is a pizza even a pizza if it doesn’t have tomato sauce?
