I Was Surprised How Easy It Was…. 1 Comment Monday, December 9th, 2013 Testimonial written by: Melissa C.Hi Robb,I happened upon your book about a month ago when browsing some health related material on my Nook. My two oldest kids (I have 4) do crossfit, and I heard about the Paleo Diet through the newsletters I would receive from the crossfit team. I never actually tried crossfit myself (funny that I would sign my kids up for it, right?) because I felt I was much too heavy and out of shape. An embarrassing story: A few months ago, the Crossfit Kids component had to move the location of their gym due to a fire.

The American dream is all about making a fortune on your terms, not working for The Man on his. If you’ve got big ideas and feel stifled by your current career path, it’s natural to begin pondering what it would be like to kick down the walls of your cubicle and start fresh with a company you believe in and trust: your own. However, the worst mistake would be to act purely on passion without reasoning how you’ll make your dream come true, logically and deliberately, only to end up back where you started. As two entrepreneurs who’ve had some success in going our own way (and plenty of failure we’ve learned from as well), we can show you how to bring this fantasy to fruition.10 Ways to Kick Ass at Work>>> FOLLOW YOUR HEART According to researchers at the University of Tennessee, about 50% of all businesses fail, with 25% closing their doors by the end of Year One. Often, the reason boils down to greed and impatience: People want to get rich quick and can’t handle losses, so they pack it in before they’ve given their venture a chance to succeed.

Before you start IF I recommend you reading my experience, since it might be a scary experience just dwelling into it and not knowing whats going on, like it happened to me. As many of you know, I’ve practiced various methods of Intermittent Fasting (IF) for the greater part of the last half a year. I’ve used Ori Hofmekler’s The Warrior Diet,Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat and eventually I created a few variations of my own.All in all, throughout my time spent Intermittent Fasting I’ve learned a great deal, experienced great results for the six pack abs, and thoroughly enjoyed myself while doing it.Recently, however, I gave it up for now. Its a great tool to have in your physique building tool box but this is why I gave it up:I write the benefits and side effects I experienced, but the side effects out weight the benefits in my opinion:benefits:- 10 pounds of fat lost during 14 days.- I got incredibly vasculine and shredded, easy to loose fat with little or without cardio.-

My fasting article had a hugely positive response and from the looks of it many kinobody readers have adapted daily fasting into their routines with incredible results thus far. In this article I am going to share with you how I use a special approach to intermittent fasting and nutrition to maximize muscle and minimize fat. My approach is highly influenced by Martin Berkhan of Leangains with a few tweaks of my own to improve results.Cool Reasons to Fast – credit from Martin Berkhan of Leangains Here’s a quick primer on the benefits of intermittent fasting for anyone interested in improving their physique and mental state:• Greater insulin sensitivity, which allows your body to make better use of carbohydrates• A wide variety of potential health benefits, ranging from cardiovascular health and life extension to neuroprotective mechanisms that may protect against brain diseases such as Alzheimers.• Mental alertness, boost in metabolism and improved energy levels due to increased levels of norepinephrine.• Higher levels of growth hormone during the fast, which shifts fuel metabolism to fat burning and spares muscle protein.• Appetite suppression. Contrary to what people seem to believe, fasting will not make you ravenous
