Tendinosis is more common – and often more serious – than tendonitis, but it is often overlooked.

I’m sure at some point in your athletic endeavors you have dealt with injury or pain. Sometimes those injuries can produce pain that doesn’t want to go away and forces you to try to find a resolution.

My husband and I run a 50-member CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program at Tumbleweed Farm, our six-acre organic vegetable farm in rural Oregon.
