Darrin & Terra- I joined Warriors Fit Body Boot Camp because i had just had my fourth baby and wanted to trim the extra weight. I did not know i would be joining a family to work out with. Darrin and Terra do the most to make you feel at home and push you to your limits. The group of people that come to the gym range in all shapes sizes and age. With all the different gyms and programs i have attended this is the first one i have stuck to and will continue on my journey working towards a healthier, happier lifestyle. hey warriors! just wanted to check in and let you know that i have been with the program for 2 weeks now..(starting with 180 lbs to lose :( ) following the 90 meal plan, and taking classes 5 days a week.. i am down 8 lbs and YES i am sore!! but feeling so much better about ME!! you have all been AMAZING and SUPER supportive!! one day at a time.. one pound at a time!! thank you!! see you monday!! whoop whoop!!

I\'m 66 years old. I wondered if I was crazy to even think of doing this. I imagined a room full of young hard bodies. But Darrin reassured me there were all ages and \"Everyone works at their own level.\" I thought if i made it to 3 classes a week I\'d be doing good. To my surprise I go 5 days a week and often stay for a second class. I haven\'t had so much fun exercising ever!! I just feel better all around--stronger, smarter and more beautiful.
