I love the emphasis in this article on eating real foods with probiotics in them as opposed to taking supplements. People often feel that supplements are the answer to everything but a hundred years ago we didn’t have supplements and in some ways we were healthier.
Sure, we’ve made a lot of advances in many medical fields, women don’t die in child birth as much, we can operate on things that use to be a death sentence – BUT we’re suffering from a whole lot of digestive problems that we never use to.
If we return to naturally fermented foods then we increase our intake of probiotics and improve our health without needing supplements.
Couldn’t help but notice your headline “melt body fat”. Boy – do I need that! Just got back from a family reunion where I put on pounds!
