You know, recently I was contacted by a Canadian Online Pharmacy about advertising on this site and this led to me thinking. Why would a pharmacy company want to advertise on a fitness site?
You know, there tend to be two strands of thought on the whole vitamin good or bad for you thing. There are the people who love them, and then the pharmaceutical companies who are against them.
A recent study done that claimed to have evidence against vitamins was interesting for it’s complete lack of a control group, and as I understand in science is known as the least dependable of all the kinds of studies to be done on vitamins. In fact, it seems logical that taking vitamins that your body needs will indeed help your overall health.
